Refund policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from Love, ivy Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For online orders: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive STORE CREDIT ONLY.
For in-store order: We have a 7-day return policy. Items returned can be exchanged for another item or receive STORE CREDIT ONLY.
WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. No makeup marks, deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@lookslikeivy.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 914 Washington Avenue Ocean Springs, MS 39564.
If your return is accepted, you'll be instructed to mail your order back to our store location. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility. We suggest using a carrier that provides you with tracking information. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit back to us.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Submit a return request Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
- 1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. If your order is approved for return, then the customer is liable for costs of return label. We advise bringing product to return at any USPS location.
After the product is returned to us, you'll receive your store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, beauty items, and athletic wear. ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
If you return a final sale item, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges may only be made in store within 7 days of in store purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your store credit within 5 business days.
